NEARY, Alexander Joseph, L/Sto, V26063, RCNVR, Died: 23 Dec 1945, HMCS PROTECTOR - Son of Patrick Neary of New Aberdeen and Mary E. Neary, of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.
Leading Stoker A. J. Nearly died in a sanatorium of pulmonary tuberculosis. He is buried in the Saint Johns Cemetery, Glace Bay, Cape Breton Co., NS. In the opinion of the Naval Commission death was related to Military Service.
